What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy utilises hypnosis to treat symptoms of a wide range of mental and physical conditions, as well as unhelpful patterns of thought or behaviour. Hypnosis is a natural state of focussed relaxation. In this state, the part of your subconscious mind which is mainly below our everyday awareness becomes responsive to suggestions. 

As your hypnotherapist, I will make suggestions which support your hopes and ambitions. This is a collaborative process, and it works best when we work together to empower you to make the changes you want to see.
